Guest access There is a separate unit on the upper floor with a separate entrance that may or may not be occupied during your stay. As well as a secondary lower 3 bedroom unit on the right side of the shared hallway. As a result, some noise transfer might be expected. Check-in with a secure smart lock code that is sent to guest prior to arrival. The unit is private. The only shared space is the Laundry Room where the washer and dryer are located. There is free parking available on a 6 car driveway. Other things to note Like in any basement unit, some slight noise transfer can be expected. This unit also sports a private patio located behind the kitchen. With expansive view of the garden and down the hill where kids can explore and play.
